I will be sending this e-mail out within 48 hours of your order. If you do not receive a response e-mail asking for confirmation in 48 hours, that means your address is okay :) During this time, please: * Check your spam inbox * E-mails will be sent to the same e-mail you use when ordering through paypal. GENERAL FAQs:

What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are processed through PayPal. You may choose to pay with your PayPal account, or you may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card through the PayPal website without a PayPal account. If you prefer not to use a PayPal account or a credit card through PayPal, please contact me to send a money order or a check. For checks, please note my bank's returned check policy here. Orders paid for by check will not be processed until the check clears.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. If you do not have a paypal account: Check the bottom right side of the Payment page after you click "checkout". There should be a "Pay by Credit or Debit" option for you to click that says "if you do not have a PayPal account".

What is the difference between paying with a PayPal account and not paying with one?

If you have a PayPal account, your Payment Method and Shipping information is stored in your own PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account and just pay by Credit/Debit, you will need to put in your Payment information and Shipping information each time since this information will not be stored in PayPal after your purchase is confirmed. Just think of PayPal as a vessel to get your money transferred safely and securely from one place to the other :) PayPal also provides you with a transaction ID and Receipt so that if there are any problems, you have proof of purchase!

How do I know if my Package has been shipped?

You can message or e-mail me anytime to check the status of your order as long as you provide the PayPal transaction ID or the e-mail you sent the payment from. If you would like to know if your item has been shipped or not, I will have the receipt as proof of shipment. Otherwise, if your item has not been shipped yet, I will let you know if there are any holds or the date of when it should be sent out. Again, feel free to e-mail me anytime regarding your order!

What does the Shipping Charge cover?

The costs for Shipping are calculated from the following:

  • General Shipping Cost (by weight and size)
  • Cost for Packing Materials (Envelopes/Boxes/Tape/Etc.)
  • Cost for Transportation (Driving to the Post Office)
These prices vary depending on which items you order, the quantity, and your shipping location. You will be able to check the shipping cost (and total for everything) BEFORE you finalize and confirm your order.

What if I never received the order or if the package got lost?

You will need to e-mail me with your transaction ID or E-Mail used for purchase so that I can look up the status of your order. If it has only been a week since the item was shipped out, then you might need to wait another 2-3 weeks to see if it will arrive. If the item still does not arrive, e-mail me again and I can issue a refund on the item (Shipping charges may still apply). However, shipping charges will not apply to a refund if I am unable to provide you with a scan of the shipping receipt.

How long does it take before an order is shipped?

Since only one person is dealing with all the orders, shipping will be done in bulk once or twice a week on MONDAYS and/or SATURDAYS. Custom orders such as pins or prints may take a little more time. Everything is shipped by First Class (Domestic or International).

NOTE: Shipping, especially for International, may take anywhere from 3-4 Weeks. Once the packages are dropped off at the Post Office, I will mark the item as "shipped". HOWEVER, because they are shipped under First Class, the Post Office may probably not actually send it out until they are ready to. Please e-mail me if you have any questions or concerns.

What is the cost of International Shipping?

International Shipping for one item ranges from $10 to $25 USD. This price changes (Also in Domestic Shipping) depending on how many items you are getting and the weight of the items in total. You can check the price of the shipping in total before you make a final decision and checkout.

What if my address was marked "unconfirmed" by PayPal?

If PayPal notes that your address is unconfirmed, I will contact you to confirm the address with you before sending it. (If I get no reply in 24 Hours, then I will ship it under the Address I have during the next scheduled shipment date). If you need confirmation on the shipping, I am able to scan the Post Office Receipts for you; Just send me an e-mail!

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and security are of utmost importance. Your personal information and order history will never be sold to a third party. All payments are processed through PayPal, so your credit card or bank account information remains protected and inaccessible to anyone but you.

Return Policy

All purchases are final after they have been shipped. Except for missing or faulty items (see below), there will be no refunds or exchanges. If changes need to be made to your order, please e-mail me within 24 hours after checkout.

Return Policy: Damages

To receive a refund, damages must be reported within 2 weeks from the shipment date for domestic (US) orders, and 30 days for International Orders. Please contact me if you received your order in poor or unacceptable condition, and provide photos of the damage.
